For your convenience, you can now communicate with your care team through MyChart, your secure online patient portal.
With MyChart, you can:
- Manage appointments.
- Pay bills.
- Prepare for your visit by completing forms beforehand.
- Access test results.
- Message with your doctor.
- Request prescription refills.
Can I view my child’s health record in MyChart?
Yes. This is called Proxy Access and allows a caregiver or family member to log into his/her personal MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding the child. A Proxy Application Form must be completed and returned to one of our medical facilities to request access to MyChart. Click here for more information and to download the proxy forms.
Can I pay my bills online?
Yes, if you have been given proxy access you can log onto MyChart to view statements and pay bills. If you have not been given proxy access you can Pay as Guest. Click here for more information.
